Hi RomanoCP,

Thanks for your post. From your description, I tested this on my side and I can successfully login to Exchange admin center.

Given the result, please kindly try to clear the browser's caches and cookies, then open the browser's InPrivate window and try again.

Moreover, please kindly check if you can directly login to Exchange admin center via this link: https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/.

Please feel free to let us know if you still cannot login to EAC and send us a screenshoot of the error message for analysis.

Best regards,

Jennifer

Hi RomanoCP,

Thanks for your reply and share the screenshoot with us. Please kindly try following steps to check the result:

1. Check your Firewalls settings, or you can try to login Exchange admin center from a different network environment (from your home) to see if there is the same result.

2. Try using the Microsoft Edge browser.

If the issue persists after you try above steps, we need to collect the HTTP logs via the Private Message (PM) for further investigation. I will share detailed steps about how to collect the logs in the PM, you can click below link to access the PM:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessage/inbox

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

Best regards,

Jennifer

Hi Carmelo Romano,

We appreciate your time and understanding. We have analysised the logs you shared, we suggest that you can try following steps to disable the cookies of Chrome and try again to check this issue:

1. Open Chrome, at the top right, click "Customize and control Google Chrome" > Settings.

2. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings > Cookies.

3. Turn Allow sites to save and read cookie data off.

4. Then open the InPrivate mode of the browser and try again.

Moreover, you may ask your global administrator to remove the Exchange admin permission for your account, then re-assign the Exchange admin permission to you to see if this will make any difference.

In the meantime, please confirm with other administrator in your organization to see if they can access the Exchange admin center with their account.

Please kindly test this at your convenience and share the result with us, we will glad to continue to help you. To help you further, please kindly provide us following information for analysis:

1. A screenshoot of your account license.

2. A screenshoot of your account permissions.

Best regards,

Jennifer

Hello Carmelo,

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and efforts during the troubleshooting process. I understand you are experiencing this issue for a number of weeks, please don't worry, we will try our best to help you.

Since there will be at least one global administrator in each tenant, from the picture you shared, your account doesn't have the global administrator permission. Given this situation and if you have any tasks you need to perform in the Exchange admin center, please ask the other global administrator in your organization to help you login to the Exchange admin center to help you complete these tasks temporarily.

However, if they also cannot log into the Exchange admin center, please ask them to collect the HTTP logs and share the log file with us in the Private message (PM) for analysis.

Additionally, you may also check if you can login to the Exchange admin center from the browser in your mobile phone.

Thanks again for your kindly time and patience, I'm looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Jennifer

Are there any new updates for this issue?
I have the same problem with Chrome and Edge (Chromium).
But with IE, I can login normally.

Following.

Gxc85, thanks for the IE tip. That works for me also. I tried Firefox just now, but that didn't. Must be some legacy browser hangover stuff.

Don't really want IE running anywhere on my network, so a proper fix would be most welcome.

Hi,

I have the exact same issue.

The Exchange portal does not work with Chrome, Edge or Firefox on different computers including out of organization computers. I even tried Firefox on Fedora.

The other admin portals do work with modern browsers though.
